1. INTRODUCTION
This User Agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all parties interacting with RRasal Connect Services Pvt Ltd (RCSPL), through its official platform “Rvaastu”.
By accessing, registering, or using any of Rvaastu’s services, users explicitly acknowledge and agree to be governed by this Policy Framework.

This policy is legally enforceable under applicable Indian Civil and Criminal Laws.

- Builders / Promoters
- Entrepreneurs / Business Partners
All users, regardless of category, are equally bound by this unified policy document.
3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & PAYMENT TERMS
A. Subscription System
All services and products offered on Rvaastu are subscription-based or transaction-linked.
- Online Payment Gateway
- Cheque or Bank Transfer
By purchasing any plan, the user authorizes RCSPL to utilize necessary personal/business data for operations, communication, compliance, analytics, and monetization.
B. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation after payment attracts a 25% non-refundable service charge.
- No refunds are granted for services already rendered unless approved in writing by RCSPL Management.
4. COMMUNICATION & USER CONDUCT POLICY
Official Communication
- All communication must be conducted via official RCSPL channels.
- No third-party communication shall be considered valid or binding.
Expected Conduct
- Users must maintain lawful, honest, and respectful conduct.
- Defamation, fraud, abuse, false allegations, or manipulation may result in legal action.
5. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY
- RCSPL protects user data using encrypted and role-based access protocols.
- Data may be used for operations, monetization, analytics, and business development.
- No user data is sold or intentionally misused.
- Data may be shared with authorities in case of fraud or legal requirements.
6. OFFER, BENEFITS & LUCKY DRAWS POLICY
- Offers and coupons are governed by vendor-specific rules.
- Offers are non-redeemable in cash.
- Lucky draws are valid only after successful service payments.
- Manipulation or false claims may lead to legal action.

8. ETHICAL POLICY & FRAUD PREVENTION
- Direct dealing after using Rvaastu services is prohibited.
- Avoiding agreed payment terms is treated as unethical conduct.
- Misrepresentation or bypassing platform systems may lead to FIR and legal proceedings.
9. PAYMENT GUIDELINES

All payments must be made in favor of:
RRasal Connect Services Private Limited
Bank: Axis Bank
No associate or employee is authorized to collect payment personally.
10. PENALTIES & LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
- Interest and penalties may apply on delayed payments.
- Recovery proceedings may include legal and administrative costs.
- Actions may be initiated under Indian Contract Act, IPC, and IT Act.
11. LEGAL JURISDICTION
All disputes shall be subject exclusively to:

12. AMENDMENT CLAUSE
- RCSPL may modify agreements anytime.
- Services, pricing, and eligibility may change without notice.
- Users should review policies periodically.
13. FINAL DISCLAIMER
- Benefits apply only after payment clearance.
- RCSPL is not responsible for third-party disputes or misuse of coupons.
- All interactions with Rvaastu are governed by these policies.

🛡️ Connector Terms & Conditions
1. Definition of Connector
A Connector is an individual or entity registered with RCSPL through Rvaastu to promote property listings, refer genuine leads, connect clients, and generate business income.

3. Income & Commission
Connectors may receive up to 7% commission after successful completion of transactions and verification of documents.
Applicable taxes including TDS/GST will be deducted before payouts.

Connectors are independent associates and not employees or legal representatives of RCSPL.
5. Termination & Suspension
- Fraudulent listings
- Legal violations
- Unethical conduct
- Damage to brand reputation

🛡️ Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. Definition of Vendor
A Vendor refers to any individual, company, or institution registered on Rvaastu to offer services, products, property listings, loans, insurance, or referrals.
2. Income & Commission Terms
Vendors may receive up to 10% commission on successful transactions subject to verification and receipt of payment by RCSPL.
3. Revenue Share Policy
Revenue share payable to RCSPL must be cleared within 48 hours of successful transactions.
Delays may attract legal action, suspension, or blacklisting.
4. Discount Coupons & Promotions
- Coupons are promotional only.
- Coupons have no cash value.
- RCSPL may reject or suspend misleading offers.
5. Legal Compliance
- Only verified listings must be uploaded.
- Fraud or misrepresentation may lead to civil and criminal action.
- IPC and IT Act provisions may apply.
6. Data Usage & Confidentiality
Vendor data may be used for analytics, marketing, and lead management while maintaining platform security protocols.
7. Termination & Suspension
- Violation of MoU terms
- Revenue share defaults
- Repeated customer complaints
- Violation of applicable laws

🛡️ Real Estate Agent (Dealer) Terms & Conditions
1. Platform Access & Free Usage
Currently, platform access is free for registered Real Estate Agents.
- RCSPL may introduce paid subscriptions anytime.
- Access is a revocable privilege and not a permanent right.
2. Role of Real Estate Agents
- List properties for sale, rent, or lease.
- Connect leads with RCSPL channels.
- Collaborate with channel partners.
Agents are independent users and not employees of RCSPL.
3. Commission Policy
- Commission is performance-based.
- Deals must be closed via approved RCSPL channels.
- Lead ownership must be verifiable.
4. Reward Points & Data Policy
Reward points and coupons are promotional only and have no monetary value.
RCSPL retains ownership of all platform-generated lead and engagement data.
5. Code of Conduct
- Only verified properties should be uploaded.
- Misrepresentation and fraud are prohibited.
- Customer privacy and platform ethics must be respected.
6. Legal Compliance
Violations may attract actions under IPC, IT Act 2000, and applicable RERA provisions.
7. Termination & Liability
- RCSPL may terminate access without notice.
- No commission will be payable after termination.
- Losses caused to RCSPL may be recovered legally.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to arbitration and exclusive jurisdiction of Vasai Courts, Maharashtra.
